The above data is measured when the set temperature is 120°C and the indoor temperature is 20°C. Taking 100 units of 100Kg dryers as an example, if each of them is put into 24-hour operation for 26 days per month, and the data obtained after the transformation is as follows:
Power saved per hour: 2.2 KWh
Power saved per day: 24 hours*2.2 KWh =52.8 KWh
Power saved per year: 52.8 KWh*12 months =16,473.6 KWh
Power saved by 100 dryers per year: 16,473.6 KWh*100 units=1,647,360 KWh
From the results shown above, we can calculate the power costs saved by taking
100 dryers as an example: 1,647,360*0.9=RMB 1,482,624
Maintenance Instructions
The thermal dust recovery device should be maintained and cleaned once after it is in service for about 10 days. 1: Loosen the screw with a 5mm hex wrench at the front end of the fresh air outlet to take down the hoop and remove the front cover. Take out the built-in filter element and back wash with an air pump gun head from inside to outside to remove the floating dust left on the surface and gap of the filter element. After cleaning them up, install the cover plate and tighten the hoop. 2: Unscrew the plastic plug below the recovery device to empty the deposited dust and oil, after which, screw on the pipe thread again for sealing purpose.
